Here’s the latest on my quest for a six pack.
Times at the gym last week: 4
Weight lost this week (this was a long week): 2.4 lbs
Weight lost total: 3.9 lbs
Days without caffeine: 17
I’m moving these updates from Monday to Friday, just because I always end up cheating a bit on the weekend and Monday is usually a depressing scale day 🙁
